Helen Byrne has just completed the Boston Marathon to compliment her finishes in the other world major marathons. Spectacular achievement!

ActivFit athletes Ken Raupach, Lee Brett and their Balmoral Triathlon Club teammates had a very successful campaign in beautiful conditions in beautiful Taupo, New Zealand. Over 2000 athletes from all around the world competed over a challenging bike course and very fast run course.

ActivFit athlete Cam Girdlestone, who won a silver medal at the Rio Olympics and a bronze medal at the Paris Olympics has finally retired. Cam was honoured with an Australian Rowing Hall of Fame.

Activfit physio Ken and daughter Jess met 2011 Tour de France winner and cycling legend Cadel Evans during a promo for his book 'The Art of Cycling'. 

A top place in his age group at the Langkawi island Ironman will secured Ken his fifth shot at Kona for the 2026 World Champs in Hawaii where he will join other Activfit athletes.
